Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Hangtown Range facilities and services, you accept and agree to be bound by these terms.

Range Rules & Safety

All visitors must comply with posted range rules and safety procedures. Failure to comply may result in immediate removal from the facility.

Liability Waiver

By using our facilities, you acknowledge the inherent risks involved in firearms and archery activities and agree to release Hangtown Range from liability.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

48-Hour Cancellation Requirement:

All reservations—including classes, range lane bookings, and equipment rentals—must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 48 hours before the scheduled reservation time.

• Cancellations 48+ hours in advance: Full refund issued
• Cancellations within 48 hours: Non-refundable; no refund will be issued
• Rescheduling: Must be completed 48 hours before the original reservation date
• No-shows: Treated as cancellations within 48 hours; no refund
